The Computer Integrated Systems Design
Sheet

Mozark Inc Mom is the operating studio of Delippo Tech, a Hong Kong practice that reads an enterprise the way a philatelist reads a mint sheet: plate by plate, watermark by watermark, hinge by hinge. We design, integrate and modernise the systems that carry your institution forward, treating every architecture as one continuous annotated print.

Est. 2021 — Guangzhou & Hong Kong desk

Systems do not exist in a row of identical pages. They live on one shared sheet where every service, every data flow, every identity and every audit trail is a stamp that must stay legible next to its neighbour. Our computer integrated systems design practice treats that legibility as the whole task. We begin with the kind of forensic reading that a collector gives a perforation gauge: measuring edge of process, checking the bite of each transaction, sorting the damaged register from the genuinely untouched one.

From a base in Hong Kong we serve operators across the wider polycentric region, from Guangzhou through the Pearl River Delta to the South China littoral, and on to the many trading cities that share the same maritime and freight rhythms. We integrate enterprise suites, merge fragmented application estates that were never designed to meet, and build the connective tissue that lets old and new systems exchange records without friction, loss or silent drift.

Because every engagement is unique, we do not sell a fixed template. Each print is struck to order from the practice plates held on this sheet: the architecture plate for the shape of the whole, the integration plate for the seams between parts, the cloud plate for the ground the load stands on, and the operations plate for keeping the mounted edition crisp. That work is expressed in six mounts below, each one a separate service you can open fully on the services page, and each one also reachable from the deep links printed on the sheet spine of this homepage so you never lose your place in the album.

Pillar

Architecture

Architecture is the plate whose ink gives every printed page its character. We draw the target landscape first, mapping domains, contracts and boundaries before a single component is cut. Reference architecture, guardrails and decision records become the mint proof the whole estate is struck against.

02

Pillar

Integration

Integration is how the separate plates in our vault come out as one collectable sheet. APIs, events and service contracts are the perforation lines that let systems touch without tearing. We broker real-time exchange, batch reconciliation and asynchronous messaging as one coherent ledger of movement.

03

Pillar

Cloud

Cloud is our lighter, brighter gum stock: faster to print, easier to reissue, quick to soak off and remount when the catalogue changes. We design the landing zones, networks and billing guardrails so the team spends effort on product, not on keeping the exhibit on its hinges.

Operations

Operations keeps the sheet in perfect album order once it is mounted. Observability, on-call discipline, change gates and automated recovery turn every incident into a redrawn plate rather than a spoiled copy. We build serviceNow-adjacent and open service desks that keep the collection current.

A serious album records where each stamp came from, how it travelled and on what certificate it was accepted. We keep the same provenance column for the software we ship, because a system without a clean story is a stamp without gum: no one can be sure where it has been. In the Assess pass we sit with the actual operators, not only the board papers, to learn which current mounts are genuinely scarce and which are merely dusty duplicates of something done better elsewhere.

In the Build pass we strike the fresh plates in short, verifiable deliveries, mounting each increment onto the live estate the way a hinge supports a fragile unused copy. Every environment, every release and every rollback is annotated in the album margin so that the next duty engineer reads the sheet history before they touch a single process. Finally in the Run pass we stand the sheet on its exhibition board and watch it under load, patrolling obsolescence, cost drift and silent data rot before they can spoil the facing copy.

That three-stroke method — Assess, Build, Run — is less a methodology poster than a set of habits shared across every engagement we hold from this London-gum Hong Kong studio. Provenance is not nostalgia; it is the difference between a system people trust with a signed submission and a system they quietly override on a worksheet because nobody can explain how it reached its current state.
